In order to improve the overall condition of the New Jersey Turnpike 16W interchange, construction has begun to widen and lengthen the southbound Turnpike access lane and shoulder.  The construction will create POST EVENT delays for those guests who normally use this route to access the Turnpike.

To avoid this construction, guests are advised to use either the 18W interchange to the New Jersey Turnpike or Eastern Spur of the New Jersey Turnpike via Route 3 East (Lincoln Tunnel / New York City / Secaucus).

Traveling North on the New Jersey Turnpike
Follow the western spur (Sports Complex to Exit 16W), which provides direct access to MetLife Sports Complex parking areas. If congested, use the eastern turnpike spur (Lincoln Tunnel) to exit 16E to Route 3 West. Route 120 North which intersects Route 3 West also provides access to MetLife Sports Complex areas.

Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway
Follow Garden State Parkway South to exit 163 (Route 17 South). Follow Route 17 to Paterson Plank Road. Take Paterson Plank Road east to the Sports Complex.
